Well this was a Monday unlike any other. I had the chance to partner up with my friends and former Lululemon ambassadors, Sheri Matthews (run coach) and Helen Cloots (yoga instructor), for an unforgettable night of goal planning and yoga.

The event took place at Parq Nightclub in downtown San Diego and was attended by more than 50 yogis who unfurled their mats on the clubs dancefloor and eased in for a great night.
