As a DJ I absolutely need to do my homework and learn my couples musical interests ahead. And it's also important to assess the room the day of the wedding. But a solid 'must play' list from the couple is the key to a truly successful dance floor.
"Best DJ" they could have asked for? I'll take it. These guys also may have set the record for my earliest booking ever ... they said yes to me 661 days before the wedding day!

Thanks for the kind words Mia and Sam!
This energy ... always.

There are reasons and dance floor dies out, and it's not a bad song or bad DJ (well, not all time time). Here are four reasons that I've seen time and again; so make sure you avoid these mistakes!
Being trusted with someone’s wedding day is never something I take lightly. My goal is always to create more than just a playlist, it’s to help shape an experience that feels smooth, joyful, and unforgettable from start to finish.

Hear
My couples have full, all access to the DJ booth. If you want to come around and drop a beat, you 100% can.

Also, yes, this is the bride and I fully support a wardrobe change into comfy PJs later in the evening. Aimee, you slayed!

Songs You Need to Lock in for Your Wedding Reception

I encourage my couples to build out their own dance party playlist, but also urge them to focus on these seven key tracks to cover the biggest moments of the night.
